By using Zypher or any Citadel Agentic Labs product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Zypher is a professional intelligence companion that generates documents from outside-in data sources. Output quality depends on input quality and available data. Zypher is a tool — not a substitute for professional judgment. You review and approve every output before use.

Your Content

You own all content you create with Zypher. We do not claim ownership of your documents, Professional Graph data, or any output generated through our service. Your data is portable — export it anytime.

Responsible AI Disclosure

Zypher uses multiple AI models (Gemini, Claude, GPT, Grok) via enterprise API agreements. Your inputs and outputs are not used to train any provider's models. Financial figures are computed deterministically (L3.5 Compute Engine) — never generated by language models. All outputs include confidence scores and source citations. Acceptable Use

Do not use Zypher to generate content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful. Do not attempt to circumvent client isolation or access other users' data. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Pricing and Credits

Zypher operates on a credit-based model. Founding cohort members receive $50 in credit. Usage-based pricing — pay for what Zypher produces, walk away anytime. No lock-in contracts. No dark patterns.
