1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and the SignalSift OS platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Non-Affiliation Statement

IMPORTANT: Citadel Labs is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Citadel LLC, Citadel Securities, Citadel AI (citadel-ai.com), The Citadel Military College, or any other similarly named organizations.

"SignalSift" is a trademark (pending) of Citadel Labs. For questions about our company or brand, please contact founder@citadellabs.ai.

3. Beta Access

SignalSift OS is currently in a closed Beta state. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

IMPORTANT: SignalSift OS uses large language models (LLMs) and AI systems to generate regulatory intelligence summaries, briefings, and action recommendations.

All AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

We maintain provenance tracking linking outputs to source material, but this does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

5. No Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: Citadel Labs provides regulatory intelligence and orchestration tools. We are NOT a law firm. No content generated by our AI agents (NF_*) or the SignalSift platform constitutes legal, compliance, tax, or investment advice.

You should always consult with qualified legal counsel for compliance determinations and regulatory interpretation.

6. Sensitive Data Restrictions

SignalSift OS v1.0 does not support the processing of classified, secret-tier, or otherwise restricted government information. Do not upload or process any data with governmental classification markings through the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to the Service complies with your organization's data handling policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models or prompt libraries
  • Submit abusive, harmful, or malicious content designed to exploit AI systems
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
  • Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your organizational affiliation

8. Third-Party Services

SignalSift OS integrates with third-party services including Slack, Microsoft Teams (future), and analytics providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of those services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CITADEL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
