Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, role, company, and location. When you use Zypher, we store your Professional Graph data (role context, client relationships, document preferences, writing style signals) to provide personalized intelligence.

Your Data, Your Rules

• Your Professional Graph is anchored to your personal email — not your employer's.
• Client data is isolated at the database level with row-level security (RLS).
• We do not sell your data. We do not train on your content.
• Your data never trains third-party AI models (Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI — all under enterprise API agreements).
• Full data export and deletion available on request.

GDPR Compliance

Designed to GDPR Article 25 standard globally. Data minimization, purpose limitation, and storage limitation by design. Sub-processor register maintained per Doc 14. Contact us at privacy@citadellabs.ai for data access, rectification, or deletion requests.

Data Portability

Your Professional Graph follows you across jobs. Change employers — your career context, writing style, and intelligence history move with you. We support full JSON export of your graph data at any time.

Security

Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Secret Manager). All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Authentication via Google Cloud Identity Platform with LinkedIn OIDC. Row-level security enforced at the database layer (PostgreSQL on Neon).
